LogicLoka Privacy Policy

Summary
LogicLoka is a logic and math game for children aged 4–8. We do not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal information from children or parents. The app has no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking and no social features. The app works without an account. It offers an optional Family subscription; purchases are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play, as described below.
Information entered in the app
When the app is set up, a parent enters a child's first name or nickname and chooses an age group. While playing, the app records game progress: completed levels, answers, stars, streaks, the selected language and the reminder setting.
All of this information is stored only on the device. It is never sent to us or to any third party. We have no user accounts and cannot see or access this information.
Voice narration
Questions can be read aloud using the device's built-in text-to-speech engine provided by the operating system. The app does not record or use the microphone.
Reminders
If reminders are enabled, the app schedules local notifications on the device. No push-notification service or server is involved. Reminders can be turned off at any time in the parent area of the app or in the device settings.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
LogicLoka offers an optional Family plan (monthly, yearly with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase) that unlocks every level, removes the hearts limit and adds a weekly skill report. Purchases can only be started from the parent area, behind a parental gate; prices are never shown to the child.
Payment is processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A Restore purchases option is available if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
To remember what is unlocked and to understand which parts of the paywall are useful, the app keeps a small log of purchase-related events (for example, that the subscription screen was shown, or that a purchase was started) on the device. This log is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Third parties
The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics services and does not share data with third parties. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google as described above — LogicLoka does not run its own servers. The app does not contain links out of the app aimed at children.
Deleting information
A parent can erase all information at any time by choosing Reset profile in the parent area, or by deleting the app from the device.
Children's privacy
LogicLoka is designed for children and complies with the Apple App Store Kids Category requirements. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under the applicable age of digital consent (GDPR).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If a future version of the app ever needs to collect information, we will update this policy and obtain verifiable parental consent where required before doing so.

Данные, которые вводятся в приложении
При настройке родитель вводит имя или прозвище ребёнка и выбирает возраст. Во время игры приложение сохраняет прогресс: пройденные уровни, ответы, звёзды, серии дней, выбранный язык и настройку напоминаний.
Все эти данные хранятся только на устройстве и никогда не передаются нам или третьим лицам. Аккаунтов нет, и у нас нет доступа к этим данным.
Озвучка
Вопросы могут зачитываться встроенным синтезатором речи операционной системы. Приложение не записывает звук и не использует микрофон.
Напоминания
Если напоминания включены, приложение планирует локальные уведомления на устройстве без участия серверов. Их можно выключить в родительском разделе приложения или в настройках устройства.
Встроенные покупки и подписка
В LogicLoka есть необязательный семейный план (помесячно, на год с бесплатным пробным периодом или разовая пожизненная покупка), который открывает все уровни, снимает лимит сердечек и добавляет недельный отчёт по навыкам. Покупку можно начать только из родительского раздела, за родительским замком; цены никогда не показываются ребёнку.
Оплата полностью обрабатывается App Store или Google Play. Мы никогда не видим и не храним данные вашей карты. Подписка продлевается автоматически, если не отменить её минимум за 24 часа до конца текущего периода; управлять или отменить подписку можно в любой момент в настройках аккаунта App Store или Google Play. Доступна функция «Восстановить покупки» при переустановке приложения или смене устройства.
Чтобы помнить, что уже открыто, и понимать, какие части экрана подписки полезны, приложение хранит на устройстве небольшой журнал событий, связанных с покупками (например, что был показан экран подписки или начата покупка). Этот журнал никогда не передаётся нам или кому-либо ещё.
Третьи лица
В приложении нет сторонней рекламы и аналитики, данные третьим лицам не передаются. Покупки обрабатываются Apple или Google, как описано выше — у LogicLoka нет собственных серверов.
Удаление данных
Родитель может в любой момент удалить все данные кнопкой «Сбросить профиль» в родительском разделе или удалив приложение с устройства.
Конфиденциальность детей
LogicLoka создана для детей и соответствует требованиям категории «Дети» App Store. Поскольку мы не собираем персональные данные, мы не собираем данные детей до 13 лет (COPPA) и детей младше возраста цифрового согласия (GDPR).

Обновлённая версия политики будет опубликована на этой странице с новой датой вступления в силу.
