Frequently asked questions
Is LogicLoka free?
The first levels, the daily mission and the parent overview are free. An optional Family plan (monthly, yearly with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase) unlocks every level, removes the hearts limit and adds a weekly skill report. There are no ads.
Do I need an account?
No. The app works without registration. Progress is saved on the device.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the parent area, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you purchased with.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — LogicLoka cannot cancel it for you.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Open the parent area in the app and use the reminder switch, or change notification settings for LogicLoka in the iOS Settings app.
How do I change the language?
Open the parent area and pick a language in the settings card.
How do I start over or delete my child's data?
Open the parent area and choose Reset profile. Deleting the app also removes all data.
Will progress move to a new device?
Not at the moment: progress is stored only on the device where the child plays.

LogicLoka бесплатна?
Первые уровни, миссия дня и обзор для родителей бесплатны. Необязательный семейный план (помесячно, на год с бесплатным пробным периодом или разовая пожизненная покупка) открывает все уровни, снимает лимит сердечек и добавляет недельный отчёт по навыкам. Рекламы нет.
Нужен ли аккаунт?
Нет. Приложение работает без регистрации, прогресс хранится на устройстве.
Как восстановить покупку?
Откройте родительский раздел, перейдите на экран подписки и нажмите «Восстановить покупки». Убедитесь, что вы вошли в тот же аккаунт App Store или Google Play, с которого совершали покупку.
Как управлять подпиской или отменить её?
Подписка продлевается автоматически, если не отменить её минимум за 24 часа до конца текущего периода. Управлять или отменить её можно в любой момент в настройках аккаунта App Store или Google Play — LogicLoka не может отменить её за вас.
Как включить или выключить напоминания?
В родительском разделе приложения переключателем напоминаний или в настройках уведомлений iOS.
Как сменить язык?
В родительском разделе, в карточке настроек.
Как начать заново или удалить данные ребёнка?
В родительском разделе нажмите «Сбросить профиль». Удаление приложения также стирает все данные.
